Usage:

1️⃣ Place the tongue cleaner at the back of the tongue and move it slowly forward. Use gentle pressure to avoid discomfort

2️⃣ Move the tongue cleaner in a sweeping motion from back to front of the togue. This helps remove debris and bacteria from the tongue's surface.

3️⃣ Repeat the brushing motion 2-3 times, make sure to cover the entire surface of the tongue. Rinse the tongue cleaner between each pass to remove accumulated debris.
